ABOUT ME
Emma Rimmington-Bridges
My work is deeply shaped by my own journey with self-care while balancing the demands of parenthood, work, and mental wellbeing. Like many women, I know what it feels like to run on empty - trying to meet everyone else’s needs while quietly setting my own aside.
Through learning to listen to what I truly needed and making small, intentional changes, I experienced a powerful shift from exhaustion and burnout towards greater fulfilment, balance, and sense of purpose. That experience now guides the way I support other women.
I believe that caring for yourself is not selfish — it is essential. In a world that often encourages us to give endlessly to others, my work is about helping women reconnect with their own needs and create sustainable self-care practices that honour the life they are living.

ABOUT
More Than Self Care
Many women are balancing full, demanding lives - careers, parenting, relationships, and countless responsibilities - and often their own needs are the first to be overlooked. I help busy women reconnect with themselves and build realistic self-care habits that support their wellbeing in a way that truly fits their everyday lives.
Through practical tools, supportive resources, and thoughtfully designed programmes, I guide women toward small, meaningful changes that create lasting positive impact. My approach blends compassionate self-awareness with simple organisational strategies, helping you move away from overwhelm and towards greater calm, balance, and fulfilment.
This work is rooted in the belief that self-care isn’t a luxury - it’s a foundation for a healthier, more purposeful life. You deserve support, space to grow, and the opportunity to thrive, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you create a version of wellbeing that feels both sustainable and deeply personal.

A KINDER WAY TO PLAN YOUR DAY
The Compassionate Daily Planner
The Compassionate Daily Planner was created from a simple belief - that structure should support your wellbeing, not compete with it. When organisation and self-care work together, your days can feel calmer, clearer, and more intentional.
Designed at a gentler pace than traditional planners, it prioritises both your responsibilities and your personal needs. Alongside thoughtful planning pages, you’ll find space to reflect, track your energy, nurture supportive habits, and reconnect with what truly matters.
With 16 weeks of undated pages, you can begin at any time without the pressure of perfection. This is a planner created to support real life - helping you care for yourself while staying grounded in the rhythm of your days.
The second edition of The Compassionate Daily Planner is coming very soon. Join the waitlist and be the first to hear when it launches.
